Cape Fear Regional CDC was established in 1989 and is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency and CHDO. We operate a 12,500 square foot small business incubator/accelerator and develop new affordable housing. The CDC acquires and rehabilitates foreclosed and other existing properties and sells and/or rents these to lower and moderate income families. The CDC also administers owner occupied housing rehabilitation programs.
