The Self-Help Housing Rehabilitation Program is a USDA/Rural Development program sponsored and operated by the HouseAboutit Community and Economic Development Agency. Grants offered by this program assists very low-income participants and helps to repair health hazards and address safety hazards in their homes. Low interest loans are also available for repairs and/or modernization.
