Milford Housing Development Corporation’s self-help group of five families moved into their homes on May 9 just in time for Mother’s Day.
Milford, Del. – Milford Housing Development Corporation’s (MHDC) self-help housing group of five families moved into their homes on May 9 just in time for Mother’s Day.
Each family spent over 1,500 hours building their homes over a 10-month period. This group of five moved into scattered sites across Sussex County in Delmar, Lincoln, Greenwood and Milford.
The MHDC has assisted over 180 families become homeowners.
